How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number. Your tracking number can also be found by logging into your account online and viewing your order history. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated by our courier company.
Where do you ship to? Jaycar.com.au only ships to addresses within Australia. For delivery to New Zealand please visit. International shipping coming soon, please contact us directly for other international orders at this time.
Do you ship to PO Boxes? If shipping to a PO Box you must select standard deliveryduring checkout. Goods cannot be delivered to a post office box via road or air courier service.
Do I have to sign for delivery? Yes, someone must be available to receive the delivery. We do not under any circumstances issue instructions to our shippers to leave shipments unattended when no one is at the delivery location. If you miss your delivery a note will be left by the courier company with instructions on how you can collect your parcel.
